ABC/AA Technician's Certificate Level 3 - 1 Year Course  

ABC/RFS Professional Diploma Level 6 - 1˝  year Course

 

The ABC/AA Technician’s Certificate is well recognised throughout the industry as an arboricultural manager’s qualification. Suitable for those wishing to work as assistant tree officers or to gain experience in consultancy work. A new syllabus was introduced for the 2005/06 exams.

 

 

The ABC/RFS Professional Diploma is well recognised through out the industry as an arboricultural manager’s qualification and the premier qualification suitable for those involved in the management of trees at tree officer and consultant level. bulletBarcham Trees, Ely 15 Sessions, 1 day a fourtnight (Thursdays) 9.30-4pm
bulletWestonbirt National Arboretum 30 Sessions, 1 day a week (Mondays) 1-8.30pm
bulletSyston  15 Sessions, On fridays 9.30 till 12.30.
bulletGroups formed by yourself  Groups need to be 3 or more people in 1 area
bulletTree Mail Packs of work sent out via post, constant contact with tutor, upto 3 days in a training centre for revision courses before exams.
 
bulletSyston, Leicestershire 15 Sessions, 1 day a fourtnight (Fridays) 9.30 til 1pm
bulletBarcham Trees, Ely Cambridgeshire. 15 Sessions, 1 day a fourtnight (Thursdays) 9.30-4pm
bulletExeter  6 one week blocks covering the entire syllabus this course has already started but candidates are welcome to join due to the unitised style of the course.
